01 · Booking

Booking & Deposits

Deposit Required

A deposit of 25–30% of the service total is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout.

New Clients

New clients are warmly welcomed. A virtual consultation is encouraged before your first in-person visit so we can ensure the right service is chosen for your skin and your needs.

Right to Refuse Service

Anaka Soma reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, at our sole discretion.

02 · Cancellations

Cancellation & Rescheduling

48 Hour Notice Required

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Life happens — and we understand. This window allows us to offer your time to another client who may be waiting.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.

No-Show Fee

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to respect the next client, or the need to reschedule with the late cancellation fee applied.

03 · Virtual Sessions

Virtual Session Policies

Same Cancellation Policy Applies

The 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all virtual sessions. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-Show — Virtual

Clients who do not appear for their scheduled virtual session will be charged 100% of the session fee. Ritual boxes already shipped are non-refundable.

Ritual Box Policy

If a Ritual Box has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, the box is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Session fees may be rescheduled within 30 days.

Rescheduling

Virtual sessions may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original appointment at no charge, provided 48 hours notice is given.

Retail & Product Policies

All Sales Final

All retail product sales are final. We carefully curate every product we carry and stand behind their quality.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and your order details. We will make it right.

Shipping

Shipping is included in all Ritual Box package pricing. We ship within the continental United States. Delivery times vary by location.

Licensed Esthetics Practice

Anaka Soma is owned and operated by a Washington State Licensed Esthetician in full compliance with RCW 18.16. All services are performed exclusively within the legally defined scope of practice.

No Medical Advice

Services and educational guidance are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing communicated constitutes medical advice of any kind. Clients with health concerns are encouraged to consult their physician prior to booking.

Therapeutic Restoration Mat

Used for relaxation and general wellbeing only. Clients with implanted medical devices or serious medical conditions should consult their physician prior to use.

Prayer & Meditation

Offered as optional complementary wellness practices — entirely voluntary, not affiliated with any religious institution. All beliefs and backgrounds are warmly welcomed. You are never required to participate.

Food & Lifestyle Discussion

General information about skin-supportive foods and lifestyle habits may be shared as part of your service or consultation. This is educational in nature only and does not constitute individualized nutritional advice or assessment. For personalized nutrition guidance, please consult a licensed nutritionist or dietitian.
